"Soul ropes" is a collection of photographs where passing moments are transformed into memory. Though shibari, the ropes do not simply restrain bodies, but reveal what lies unseen. To bind a soul in ropes is to lend silence a form and intimacy a radiance.

Like an echo before the images, Nuit de Tokyo placed a few words, delicate and rare.

The books contains both black-and-white and colour photographs.

The words move across four languages : French, English, German and Japanese.
