Volume 3 "Being Me, Not My Very Oldest Sister" from Conversations with My-8Yr-Old-Me, discusses the importance of being yourself and not trying to be anyone else. The author talks about different dreams she had as a child as to what she would become when she got older.
As with all Conversations With-My-8Yr-Old-Me the story is written as a script between "Baby-Girl" and "J.E.L." and has a link to the video of the author reading the story. The end of the video shows the author talking about her musical instruments as she shows them to the viewers.
