Christopher Minio is a retired educator who spent more than 22 years in the classroom teaching Modern and Classical Languages, Cultural Studies, Latin American Literature, and Research Writing. During the pandemic, he began writing formally, putting his real-life experiences into collections of vignettes. Minio is a polyglot, globetrotter, FAA licensed pilot, and a zoologist. He has also been a primary flight instructor and taught zoology. He resides in Brevard County, FL, where he takes inspiration from the beach, the water, and the sunny, blue skies and all of the nature and wildlife that abound and also call it home.
