My entire life I've looked forward to cooking and eating a Thanksgiving day meal with my family and friends. The massive spread of foods and treats, combined with quality time spent with loved ones is so fantastic. My goal with this ebook was to create a collection of recipes that mirrored some of my favorite foods and feelings from a Thanksgiving table. That said, many if not most of the recipes in this book can be used all season long, and with a few adaptations could easily be used in the winter or even spring as well! 

This ebook contains 8 macaron filling recipes as well as my basic French meringue macaron shell recipe, information about the ingredients and tools I use most, and information about calculating macaron filling quantities. Each macaron filling recipe also comes with an introduction to give you more information about my thoughts on the recipe, as well as a notes section to provide information on the macaron shell and for possible adaptations to the recipe.
