I mix the diverse reality of what I see against the viewpoint offered by the
camera to create a sense of fantasy and a notion of the surreal. My self-appointed role
is that of an editor who extracts vignettes from real life situations giving rise to
conjecture, ambiguity, and the world of dreams while suspending disbelief with the
illusion of fact. The Paris project is done as a
visual journey with a structured syntax that implies a narrative, yet the images are
related by abstract, formal and social concerns.
