Pamela Stokes Eggleston, MBA, MS, C-IAYT, E-RYT-500, YACEP, is the chief creative officer of Yoga2Sleep, a venture of empowerment through sleep, holistic living, rest, restoration, and yoga, and co-founder of Retreat to Spirit, where she conducts trauma informed trainings and soul-filled workshops. Pamela is a contributing editor of Best Practices for Yoga with Veterans (YSC/Omega, 2016) and Yoga and Resilience: Empowering Practices for Survivors of Sexual Trauma (Handspring, July 2020). A certified yoga therapist, yoga teacher educator, Clinic Faculty for the Yoga Therapy Department at the Maryland University of Integrative Health, and business consultant, Pamela began her writing journey at the age of five and has written for several publications, including Military Spouse Magazine and Yoga Journal.
