In loving Memory of my Dad. Richard, also known as Dick, was born on June 4th, 1955, at Wellingborough Hospital. He was the second of three sons born to Joyce and Derrick, and they resided on High Street in Stanwick. As an infant, he was particularly charming, as evidenced by his win in a "Beautiful Baby Contest," an entry made by his mother in a women's weekly magazine.
