With this series of work I have photographed the individuals who visit a local Chapel. This Chapel holds memories from my childhood of being busy and eventful. Now the numbers attending this Chapel are slowly diminishing. I intend on documenting the people who continue to attend this place, as well as people that now have slipped away from this fellowship.



I photograph their portraits in their homes. They were given the choice of which room they preferred and where in that room they wanted their portrait taken. I have captured their true personality within their own personal space. Also photographing their surroundings with minor details that caught my attention or items that have some special attachment to the individual.
