This book showcases our 14 days trip to Australia’s Northern Territory between the dates 20 July - 2 August 2015.

The Northern Territory (NT) is an Australian territory in the central and central northern regions of Australia. The Northern Territory shares its borders with Western Australia to the west, South Australia to the south and Queensland to the east. To the north, the territory looks out to the Timor Sea, the Arafura Sea and the Gulf of Carpentaria, including Western New Guinea and other islands of the Indonesian archipelago.

The NT covers 1,349,129 square kilometres, making it the third-largest Australian federal division, and the 11th-largest country subdivision in the world. It is sparsely populated, with a population of around 1/4 of a million (2021) – fewer than half as many people as live in Tasmania. The largest population centre is the capital city of Darwin. This book contains my personal story of how I viewed the Northern Territory through my eyes where I try to describe and convey my emotions via my pictures, such as the vastness of the rich red outback, the clear waterholes and rivers, the ancient Aboriginal culture, the charming tropical towns and of course the mighty monoliths of Uluru and Kata Tjuta.
