Acerca del libro
I didn't realize how interesting smoke could be, until I took the time to photograph it. Malcolm Gladwell writes in the preface to his book "What the Dog Saw" that "The trick to finding ideas is to convince yourself that everyone and everything has a story to tell ... Our instinct as humans, after, all, is to assume that most things are not interesting." I think he's right. Everything, at some level, is interesting ... even smoke.
This book contains the results of my attempts to capture the beauty of smoke. In it you'll find a sample of images I've taken over the past few years. I took them with a Canon Digital SLR and a flash to freeze the action. I hope you like the results!
