El Transennte is a series spanning over three visits to México, capturing the spontaneity, the mystery, the humor and the universality of the everyday fleeting moments that pass. El Transeunte is an exploration of the artist as a passerby, roaming the streets of México documenting the people, sceneries, and places that fascinate her most. Recording the mundane, yet beautiful panorama of everyday life. Learning to watch without being seen, watching without losing sight, and photographing what is simultaneously instant and eternal.
If México is magical, it is also deep and cruel. Enduring constant interference from outside, México is an amalgamation of several countries. In spite of the enormous cultural differences between the inhabitants of the different regions of México, it is an immense, vibrant, and complex country of which foreigners can only ever have the most superficial understanding.
