Living in New York City, when Covid-19 hit in early March of 2020, we took things quite seriously. As the entire city shut down around us, pausing our once bustling social lives, one of the few businesses left open were the grocery and liquor stores. How could we fill our time? An idea blossomed and, as lovers of complicated craft cocktails, we set out to make the best ones and create some new recipes of our own.
