I live and work at the King's Fold retreat & Renewal Centre near Cochrane, AB. I am a creative which is mostly expressed in cooking, writing and quilting and whatever other art form I want to try out. I am a mother, grandmother, cancer survivor and I lead retreats that typically include my love for nature, spirituality and creativity .
