Andrew heads back to his roots in this cookbook on Southern cuisine. Moving to the Midwest in his early twenties, he's had the great joy and opportunity to share his family's favorite meals with those who may have never experienced them. To honor tradition, Andrew has set these recipes in stone for not only family members to enjoy and cherish, but for others to explore and find their favorites as well. While many of these dishes have been passed down through generations, he's also sprinkled in some of his own recipes to mark his own traditions. There are 37 recipes in total, split into three sections; side dishes, main, and sweet treats. Many of these have graced the table on many occasions, in hopes that you can begin adding these to your family gatherings as well.
