Cities are dynamic places where things are always changing. I have lived in and around Seattle for a long time watching this unrelenting phenomenon do its work. Here is a small collection of images which highlight my perspective on this eclectic process of “Here Today” Some of these subjects are or were iconic Seattle landmarks, some newly restored or others torn down and in a landfill somewhere. Others are or were just small vantage points on a wall or garage door which captured for me the uniquenes of Seattle, each documenting the unalterable ef-fects of change going on daily in the streets around us. Hopefully this collection can serve as a reminder to appreciate that which surrounds us because the streets of today are filled with tomorrow’s nostalgia.
