Ray is a Journeyman Electrician, Network Administrator, and Electrical Instructor. He has been been teaching both apprentice and journeyman classes since 1995 for the Central Electrical Training Trust. While working for the Trust, he has developed Labs for motor controls, transformers, blueprints, and electronic workflows for construction. Ray's passion for teaching drives him to continually look for new and better ways to help students understand and apply the concepts they learn in class. He is involved in researching and testing affordable and effective classroom technologies. Ray's current projects are writing a series of lab manuals and teacher's guides and producing a series of short educational videos.
