Welcome to Selah: finding rest in the gift of Sabbath.
We are all tired. We are all busy. Our souls are weighed down with the burdens of work, and school and the upkeep of relationships and friendships. These are all good things that are life-giving. But out of there proper order and priority they can easily become things to mark off a to-do list and leave us empty and dry. We are offered so much more than this. We are offered abundant life. What if we could go back to finding joy in all the little things in our lives? What if we could find rest for our souls? Selah is about restoring the Sabbath to our lives and reentering the joy of being Human. Through visual imagery, reflection and inspiration we can journey together into finding rest.
