Educated at Johnson and Wales University, the premier culinary educational program in the country, Chef Waldo has traveled to hotels, restaurants and resorts across America honing his skills and learning to identify and anticipate food trends and eating habits. Cooking with celebrity Chefs Wolfgang Puck, Sam Choy and Graham Kerr has been a joy for Chef Waldo. Invited twice to cook for the Oscars was plenty of fun also.
