After working at the University of St Andrews for 25 years as an information designer I've begun a new phase of life. As well as experimenting with more 3D work, I am (periodically!) continuing to write, and to work on poetry film. At the same time I am developing new collaborative projects with other artists.

Originally - back in the early 12th Century it seems now! - I trained in both science and in art. Now scientific research is often a source of inspiration, as is sculptural form in landscape and the natural world.

I've been involved in a broad range of creative disciplines over time, leading to collaborations with artists, performers, scientists and others in fields as diverse as rehabilitation, dance, photography, video, computing, sculpture, virtual 3D modelling, digital imaging, psychology, biology and other areas.
