I am passionate about greyhounds and greyhound rescue. This book was written to challenge some of the myths about greyhounds as pets, but most importantly to raise money for greyhound rescue. Proceeds of the sale of the book will go to Friends of The Hound Greyhound Rescue group. I have been asked which of my dogs was the model for the book and I have to say, a bit of each of them, but really, Graham is a bit of every pet greyhound out there.
Richard Skipworth does brilliant greyhound cartoons and every greyhound pet owner can relate to them and say "That is my greyhound". and I am hoping they will feel the same about Graham.
Greyhounds are amazing pets, but be warned, they are addictive, once you've got one you want more & you will never be able to live without one.
