I'm 67 years old at present having been born in Adelaide on March 3, 1944. Having taught mainly in Catholic girls schools for 42 years, I am now retired and living in a retirement village. My chief hobbies are painting streetscapes in pen & watercolour, recording & listening to music and travelling. My partner of 38 years, Erwin, died 3 years ago so I am now single and living alone. This has its compensations. I have in the last 3 years travelled to Hawaii, California & New York-Washington. During my 38 year relationship travel was confined to Australia. Thus we travelled around the continent twice, & up the centre to Darwin, east to Sydney & the Australian Alps and west across the Nullabor many times. Travelling overseas is more exciting.
I busy myself also as treasurer of the village committees which keeps me in touch with other residents. A good thing as I get older.
