I was born in 1934 and went to school in Jersey, Channel Islands. I moved to England in 1952 and after a career in sales my wife and I retired to Devon.

On retiring I learned to use a computer and compiled a book of "one liners" which was published under the title of "Spice Up Your Speech". I then started to take a greater interest in photography and this is my main hobby.

Other hobbies include fly fishing, music (esp. New Orleans jazz), and reading.
