Kathryn Schmeiser lives in Fairview, NC. She has been writing poetry since she was in her teens and developed a love of nature as a Girl Scout. As an adult, she fell under the spell of Vincent van Gogh and the intensity of the colors of his palette. Through photography, she captures her love of nature.
