After years of telling my children and grandchildren made up stories, I was encouraged to write down my original imagined story about the Golly Whomp. A local artist living on the same island was encouraged to draw my imagined images, sketches and photographs of real places that represented the story.

While I wrote the story, the artist spent the winter of 2019-2020 drawing and colouring pictures to go with word pages. After a few edits of words and pictures, the mold was cast as they say.

I hope young children enjoy the story and pictures of my first book, " Golly Whomp Wanna Play ".
