I was a nineteen-year-old student at Carleton College when I participated in the quiet little civil rights project. Afterwards, I became a neurologist in New Mexico where I worked for many years for the New Mexico state hospitals at Las Vegas, N.M. I lived in Greeley, Colorado for sixteen years then moved to the Sacramento area. After raising two daughters and a son, my passion now is grand parenting.
