I paint in several mediums including watercolor, oil and pastel. A studio and plein air artist, I also accept photographs for commission work. My paintings can be found in private collections in Illinois, Texas, California and Amsterdam, The Netherlands. I am a member of the Transparent Watercolor Society of America, an associate member of The Pastel Society of America, the Chicago Artist’s Coalition, the Elmhurst Artists’ Guild and the LaGrange Art League.

After earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Baylor University, I worked in commercial design and publishing and eventually worked as a freelance artist from home while raising three children. Art has always been a part of my life and I enjoy the opportunity to spend more time painting. I have been influenced by many artists, teachers and friends and continue to take classes in figure drawing, pastel, oil and watercolor.
