Whenever I stand before a wild scene the message of its importance to the human condition is crystal clear; the visions and sounds of the planet’s vast landscapes can rejuvenate the spirit, pull us from our everyday life and give all of us pause to reflect on our being. We will always have a record of beautiful places to absorb into our consciousness as long as we have artists to record them. What we will not be able to save on an artist’s palette if we lose these places are the soft voices of nature’s harmony.

This is a gathering of expressions of the land, from meandering brooks to rocks from ancient shores and all are stories that have been told to me while I walked through our natural treasures.
