I was born in Texas, but have lived in California for most of my life. My favorite pastimes include spending time with my children, traveling, researching family history, and creating. In high school, I thought I would be a writer as a career. I read all the time (books were my joy). Life had other ideas for me. Now that I have reached my 40's, and my children are nearly grown, I have more time to reawaken old dreams.
