My name is Aaron Strickland and my interest in nature photography has been driven by a unique part of Texas that is not widely known. I've worked in the corporate world for the majority of my life. As many of you know, between work, family, and commitments, few of us take the time - much less have the time to "stop and smell the roses".

I've been blessed with an area to photograph where I can incorporate family into my love of nature. I have three young children who enjoy exploring areas around our home as much as I. They share my excitement for seeing "hard to find" wildlife in a natural setting. If gives us a chance to get closer while enjoying the beauty of nature.
