Peggy Strickland's love for writing was born in a rural Alabama first grade classroom over fifty years ago when Mrs. Havens taught her to write her first sentence.

Intervening years passing at veritable light speed have provided experiences and relationships to enrich and embellish a fledgling portfolio.

Now married for over forty years Peggy thrives in the role of mother to a beloved son whose position as light of the world only brightened with his gift of beautiful daughter-in-love and a treasured grandson. She lives and writes blissfully on Creekland, a peaceful few acres in South Georgia.
