An artist member of Women In The Visual Arts (WITVA), Artists of Palm Beach County (APBC), and Artists Association of Jupiter (AAoJ), my oil paintings have been in numerous juried exhibits in local museums, galleries, and Art in Public Places. I see beauty in the world everywhere, and I recreate what I see by painting landscapes. The lush flora of Florida particularly inspires me. My goal is to express with oils on canvas what I felt in a particular place at a moment in time. Though I love painting, showing, and selling my work, I get equal pleasure writing about the artists and art establishments that make up the fabulous art scene in Palm Beach County, Forida. A former columnist for BestofArtists.com and currently for Examiner.com and the Indian River Art News, I have published over two hundred articles that bring the art community to the public’s attention.
