Denise owns a small-batch pizzelle company, Bellapizzelle LLC (bellapizzelle.com), now in its 13th year of operation. She and her mother launched the business in 2002. Appearing on TV, food blogs, newspapers and magazines, Bellapizzelle most recently partnered with Vosges Haut-Chocolat to produce mini pizzelles for their Luxe S'mores package.
