Acerca del libro
I photograph the landscape around me, the landscape I see in my day to day travels and activities...
this includes the picturesque as well as the discarded...
in these journals you can see the annual cycle, winter, giving way to spring and summer. then the very gradual coming of fall before the snows and the sky turns gray. you can also see signs of a multinational corporate presence in our rural areas, industrial farming, an economy that is in a tail-spin... you can see the evidence of national and global conflict and the players in that game as well as occasional signs of hope.

Acerca del creador
Robert Doyle Photography
Perry, New York
I have been a practicing artist/photographer since the mid 1970’s. I have taught photography, video and digital art at the college/university level, curated film and video programs, and designed and managed funding programs for artists. Over the past decade I have maintained a small studio in Perry, NY. I am primarily a photographer at this point in time. My work is in the form of a journal or diary. I occasionally show my work in galleries, and self-publish photo books to accompany the exhibits. My books and prints are available for purchase.
