(what's inside with my pic--dust jacket cover of my first book) i was young then as a neurosurgery resident, always on call. i called it everyday post-call. that's my life as a resident physician-trainee. after that, i travelled in full circle - north america, africa, asia, europe and back to north america. i considered myself on training, always trying to learn and trying to share to anyone what i know. i dread silence. i fear the unknown. i abhor the unexpected. i love my keyboard be it on iMAC or on a POWERBOOK PRO. 15.june, 2009, for few weeks, i'll be alone, at that instance, i ventured on this book and i published the draft on Father's day. bcb
