Jeremy "Germ" Howard is a tattoo and comic artist, animator, and sculptor from Richmond, VA. Germ first began professionally in 2002, and has been pushing artistic boundaries ever since. Best known as GWAR slave "Pepe le Spew" and creator of the comedy sci-fi comic"Anywhere but Here". In his personal time, Germ enjoys living near a beautiful riverside, where he can often be found discussing theoretical astrophysics with the rocks.
