Kombucha Cafe is a Murwillumbah Brewery where we nurture our kombucha culture in aged oak wine barrels with great care, passion and heart. Our flavours are carefully enhanced with tinctures made by a local alchemist to create an array of experiences for your taste palate as well as to Heal Your Gut!
At Kombucha Cafe we also make The Art of Culture thrive by formulating an extensive line of healthy and happy cultured food products.

We have been producing fermented food and drinks commercially since 2012. Prior to that I have authored two cookbooks and presented Workshops, Seminars and Corporate Health and Well Being Programs. Food and Health have been a passion and lifestyle for well over 25 years.
