I teach full-time, as a yoga teacher, in Los Angels, CA. I am a YogaWorks 500-hour RYT and I teach at many YogaWorks in Los Angeles and work privately with clients. My passion for yoga started when I was in college and has helped me immensely in different aspects of my life. I created, Peaceful Cycle, during my certification as a teacher and it has now grown into a passion of mine. I am currently working on writing another book and getting certified as a Doula.
