Acerca del libro
The modern library system of Nashville has been in existence for over 110 years. When the library was originally started, it offered books and children's story time. However, the Nashville Public Library has evolved over time into more than just books and story time. Even though these two things are still offered by the Nashville Public Library, it has changed to offer other services to the surrounding community, many not known to the general public. This book shows the invaluable services provided to the community by the Nashville Public Library and its importance within the community. The Nashville Public Library still preserves its past and the past of Nashville while constantly keeping up with needs of the future. The Nashville Public Library's motto is "books are only half the story." This is undeniably true and resources are needed to support the library's vision for growth.
